C Half day seminar on Product Line Rationalization and/or Standardization principles and methodologies for all company executives, managers, and relevant personnel
C Initial half-day workshop on product line rationalization and standardization to begin the process, identify the "low hanging fruit," and assign investigative tasks. Rationalization focus would be on products, product families, options, & variations. The Standardization focus would be on parts, materials, and strategies discussed on the page on standardization consulting.
C Follow-up one-day workshop(s) two to three weeks later to review findings, make tentative product line recommendations, structure tentative standard parts lists, and assign new investigative tasks.
C Final one-day workshop to finalize rationalization and standardization recommendations to present to management for approval.
